“We are what we repeatedly do, excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.” – Will Durant
My process is my sacred tool to understand who I am, and how I fit into the world. To filter out the noise, and hone in what’s important to me, and to execute. Implementing habits and routines has nurtured my growth mindset by compounding learning and providing positive emotional feedback. Structure has allowed me to use time to build capabilities, and focus expended mental energy. Freeing it up for creativity and leveraging my ability to explore new challenges. This freedom, paradoxically found from structure, has enabled me to pursue a holistic approach to being. That being mind, body, and spirit. This will lead me to my ikigai – the intersection where my passions and talents converge with the things that the world needs and is willing to pay for.
