My body is my presence. The equalizer of what puts me on the same plane as the animals and the trees in the natural world. This is about my intuition and my senses. Having a healthy body. How I feel each and every day. My vitality. It gives me presence and groundedness.

I try and rely on whole foods but due to allergy-driven diet restrictions (all dairy, beef, many nuts, and some seafood) feel it is necessary to use supplements. However, I believe cycling is very important when using supplements, and do not use them one week out of every eight weeks.
