About Me

My family’s life has been about struggle for close to fifty years when my mom and her sisters became refugees. They needed perseverance and self-determination in the face of adversity. I carried this spirit throughout my life, and the privilege that they afforded me has enabled me to transcend it beyond survival. Within me it grew into a love for exploring, pushing limits, and spreading that determination to others.

The accomplishments that have had the greatest impact on me are related to people, the team, and helping others:

In high school, I pioneered a vast social media community for a TV show that inspired various                 consumers from around the world to transform into creators and find their voice. Together, we’ve               accrued several million of impressions and reached millions of people.

I worked with one of the most illustrious political consulting firms in the nation, Big Dog Strategies,      our campaign winning the recent election for the U.S. representative for Virginia affecting millions of       people.

-I serve as the public relations representative of my fraternity at Cornell, growing our brotherhood and     community impact through social media.

I am a teaching assistant for mountain biking at Cornell, where I get to work closely with students,         and we get to experience nature and the journey together.

Pursued NASM certification as a personal trainer. Exercise being one of the things that completely       changed my life and one of my greatest talents, I feel it’s my responsibility to inspire others to improve themselves and gain the self-efficacy they deserve. This empowers me on a very personal basis, but I believe it can be much more.

Coursework at Cornell in statistics, communications, and economics are providing foundational knowledge that I am eager to apply in real world situations. My passion and my diverse education allows me to have a unique gestalt perspective on the quantitative and qualitative. By combining the operational and data oriented side with the real human side, I believe I will be able to take that power of affecting someone’s life and expand it on a larger scale. My goal is not only to optimize processes and results, but allow people to optimize themselves.

I developed this website to highlight some of my early learning experiences and overview the processes I am cultivating to support my continued growth. I have big dreams and want to make an impact in the world, to do so I believe I need to foster my mind, body, and soul. I have included some examples on the site of how I consciously do this on a daily basis.
